Fujian-Ningxia Cooperation:
The "Fujian-Ningxia Cooperation" is a response to the spirit of the State Council on poverty alleviation and development, initiated by Xi Jinping in 1996. It involves the provinces of Fujian and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, which are about 3,000 kilometers apart, working together to create a miracle in the history of poverty reduction and opening up. Seizing the opportunity provided by the "Fujian-Ningxia Cooperation", the specialized meeting of the CPC Committee of the city of Yinchuan determined to introduce the Xiaokongming Education Group, which is a strategic decision made by the City of Yinchuan, the Yinchuan Binhe New District, and the Xiaokongming Education Group to jointly develop a school from kindergarten to high school that truly implements quality education.
School scale：
On the first stage of the project Xiaokongming School covers an area of 33 acres (with plans to expand to 99 acres in the future), and includes a planned building area of 69,800 square meters, with a total investment of 286 million yuan,which could admit 3,600 students. The construction of the first stage, covering an area of 37,120 square meters, was completed and handed over for use in August 2014.
Binhe New District：
The Binhe New District, as the first inland pilot free trade zone in China, is a new space and carrier for the future development of Yinchuan,Ningxia. It is planned to be built into a science and education city, ecological garden city, deputy center of Yinchuan, and one of the most dynamic economic growth roles in northwest China.
