At the beginning of the new semester, all work of the school was carried out in full swing. On March 11, Mr. Zhao, the director of the supervision office, and Mr. Fan, the director of the teaching and research office, organized teachers from the junior high school department to carefully watch the "Yinchuan City Bureau of Education Compulsory Education Quality Monitoring Practice Promotion Meeting" and learn about the Suzhou City teaching quality monitoring system newly introduced by the Yinchuan City Bureau of Education.
Yinchuan Xiaokongming school has vigorously improved its teaching hardware facilities and built new multi-functional classrooms for history and geography subjects. On March 6, Ms. Su Fangyun took the lead in using the new classroom to give a history lesson to junior high school students.


To implement the "Notice of the General Office of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and the People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Opinions on Implementing the Basic Education Quality Improvement Action", promote classroom teaching reform, and according to the "Implementation Plan for the 'Four Lessons' Competition for Classroom Teaching of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the Entire Region", the Yinchuan City Education and Science Research Institute organized a series of competition activities. Our school actively responded, and the junior high school teaching and research group selected two teachers, Zhu Zong'e and Zhou Yujie, to participate in this competition. Both teachers worked hard and won second prizes.
After the competition, the teachers of the junior high school teaching and research group subsequently conducted second-round teaching and research learning, discussing and analyzing the spiritual connotation of the "Four Lessons" competition. Teachers Zhu Zong'e and Zhou Yujie reviewed the competition process, talked about preparation, gains, reflection, and growth before class, which benefited the other teachers greatly.
Teacher Zhu Zong'e said, "During the competition, I observed several teachers from other schools teaching. When facing different students, each teacher can respond to the classroom intelligently and adjust the teaching content in time. In the teaching process, they also have their own styles. Each teacher has their own unique teaching
methods for breaking through the important and difficult points."
Teacher Zhou Yujie shared, "This
competition has made me clearer about my
teaching goals and direction, and has also
strengthened my educational beliefs. I deeply
realize that we should not only pay attention to students' academic performance, but also to
their learning process and emotional experience. We should face every student with a more open
and inclusive mindset, encourage them to dare to try and express themselves, and let them learn and enjoy English in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere..."
