In order to further enhance the security and prevention of campus and its surroundings, effectively maintain the safety and stability of the school, and ensure the safe return of teachers and students, on the morning of February 10, 2023, Vice Principal Chen Ahua and Vice Principal Li Lin of Yinchuan Xiaokongming School led the administrative staff to conduct a safety inspection of the campus in accordance with the requirements of the Yinchuan Education Bureau's "Notice on Carrying out a Campus Safety Inspection for the Spring Semester of 2023," comprehensively implementing the rectification of various safety hazards, and ensuring the smooth progress of the school's opening for the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.

During this security inspection, the inspection team strictly followed the requirements of safety management including "zero distance," hidden danger investigation "zero blind spots," safety hazard "zero tolerance," and responsibility implementation "zero gaps," to thoroughly investigate and rectify various safety hazards. Strengthening safety measures, optimizing the campus safety environment, providing security guarantees for the normal conduct of school education and teaching.

On the morning of February 11, Yinchuan Xiaokongming School held the first comprehensive meeting of all faculty and staff for the second semester of the 2022-2023 school year, embarking on a new journey and writing a new chapter. The meeting was attended by the Secretary of the school's Party branch, Tian Jizhong, the principal, Wang Fengpeng, the vice principals, Chen Ahua and Li Lin, all middle-level administrative staff, and all faculty members. The meeting was chaired by Secretary Tian Jizhong.

To resolutely implement the requirements of the municipal party committee's "strengthening quality, service, responsibility, and fighting spirit" capacity and style construction year activity, after the faculty and staff meeting, teaching work meetings, moral education work meetings, and logistical work meetings were separately held by leaders of various departments to deploy work priorities, put forward new requirements and expectations, and strive to unify steps and work together to achieve new goals.

2023 is the year to kick off the comprehensive implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. On the afternoon of February 11, the school branch committee organized a study session on "Learning the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China". The meeting was presided over by the secretary of the Party branch, Tian Jizhong, with all faculty and staff in attendance. Secretary Tian led the faculty and staff to study and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on education work, and called on everyone to not forget their original aspirations, be dedicated to cultivating virtues, and nurture students with love; to unite in struggle, overcome difficulties, and advance courageously, and to embark on a broader journey together.

After the end of the study, Secretary Tian organized a seminar on "learning, discussion, publicity, and practice" exchange meeting. Four teachers, Yang Xiaohong, Wang Wanjiang, Li Shuzhen, and Jiang Pinghua, as teacher representatives, shared their own experiences. During the training session on teacher ethics and professional conduct, Secretary Tian led the faculty to study the "Ten Guidelines for Teachers' Professional Behavior in the New Era", the "Yinchuan City Teacher Ethics Violation Management System", and important ideological statements of Xi Jinping's New Era. They also signed the "Teacher Ethics Commitment Letter" and the "Commitment Letter to Not Participate in Telecom Network Fraud Crimes".
