In order to show the colorful campus life and youthful style of the students, the first "Foreign Language Star" Campus Culture and Art Festival of Xiaokongming School in Yinchuan kicked off in the evening of June 13.
In the activity, the students 戓 singing and dancing, or solo singing, or chorus, or poetry recitation... His sunny and energetic spirit not only won cheers and applause from the audience, but also was praised by the judges.
（二） Beautify your writing — — English handwriting competition of Xiaokongming School in Yinchuan
Every stroke and every character is etched into the heart, while every word and every sentence is infused with emotion. English handwriting is an important basic skill in English learning. In order to further standardize students' English handwriting behavior, English Teaching Research Group in Senior One of Xiaokongming School
held a unique English calligraphy competition on January 3, 2024, in order to stimulate students' interest in English calligraphy. The aim is to cultivate students' good handwriting habits, and let them feel the beauty of English handwriting.
At the competition site, the students sat upright, held their breath and concentrated on writing every letter, every word, every sentence, and every short article, which show their meticulous and serious attitude to English learning.
After the competition, the teachers of the English Group of Senior One carefully reviewed and selected the entries. Finally, the teachers comprehensively evaluated the paper from the aspects of cleanliness, content accuracy, writing standard, etc., in line with the principle of fairness and justice.
The works show the students' solid English writing skills, and they also reflect the students' rigorous attitude towards study and life.
This English calligraphy competition has greatly aroused the enthusiasm of the students for practicing English calligraphy, which not only provides a stage for the students to display English calligraphy, but also further strengthens the core quality of the students' English subject.
